Club Presidents who have completed their year of office may be eligible for the 100% President Excellence Award - the form (including the criteria) can be downloaded from http://www.lionsclubs.org/EN/content/pdfs/da-1.pdf
Once completed, the form must be submitted to the District Governor for signature and forwarding to the correct place.
